Adobe InDesign (Beginners)
This course explores the basics of Adobe InDesign and how to get the most you can out of the software.
Amongst other topics, it covers how to:
- set the software up correctly.
- use the various tools and menu options.
- work with fonts, master pages, layers, grids, images and graphics.
- work with text, object and table styles.
- work with tables.
- search and replace.
- integrate interactive elements.
- prepare files for print.
Participants: This course is ideal for beginners who have a working knowledge of computers. Please advise us if you have a particular project in mind and we can customise the workshop to your requirements. Please bring your laptop with an installed demo of InDesign to the workshop should you not have the full version of the software.

Duration: 2 × 3 hours of tutorage and a break for lunch (Intensive)

Facilitator: Christopher Young studied photography and has worked in the graphic design industry for over 25 years. Further to servicing his own clients, he has freelanced for prestigious design agencies in Germany and Australia.
