Margaret River Region Open Studios
Elisa Markes-Young (textiles/mixed media) & Christopher Young (photography/installation art) both took part in the 2018 Margaret River Region Open Studios. This is one of the largest events of its kind in Australia and often includes 100+ visual artists from Busselton through to Augusta.
It was an ideal opportunity for us to introduce ourselves to the local community and we very much enjoyed engaging with our visitors. Thank you once again to those who visited us! We were completely exhausted by the process!
The Open Studios event normally takes place in September each year. While we are no longer part of the event due to the exorbitant fees, we operate year-round and can open to visitors provided we get some notice.

This is the ideal opportunity for creatives to spend a considerable amount of time visiting artist studios in the region and get some work done - all in the comfort of a home away from home.
